Many-body localization and entanglement dynamics

The rapidly emerging field of many-body localization is concerned with the fate of the Anderson insulator under electron-electron interaction and the characterization of the possible resulting many-body localized phase.
In this talk I will discuss a slow (logarithmic) increase of entanglement after a global quench deep in the localized phase, and the use of a local quench and the resulting entanglement dynamics to explore the properties of the delocalization transition. In addition I will present numerical data in support of various different many-body localized phases, as discussed phenomenologically by Huse et al., in particular a spin-glass phase in an Ising model of many-body localization.
