Bigravity, cosmology, and massive gravity

We consider bigravity theories proposed long ago by Isham, Salam and
Strathdee. We study them in a modern context pointing out some
applications to cosmology. We also discuss recent developments on three
dimensional gravity using a bigravity formulation.
