Poisson-Lie T-duality extends the concept of T-duality to non-isometric directions. This duality has proven to be a crucial concept, linking different deformations of integrable models as well as giving rise to generalised SUGRA solutions. The first part of the talk will introduce an integrable deformation called the Yang-Baxter WZ-deformation. This model offers a surprising relation offers a very simple realisation of Poisson-Lie T-duality. In the second part of the talk, we will show how Poisson-Lie T-duality can be manifestly implemented using Double Field Theory. This framework is a powerful tool to obtain the geometry and RR-potential completing the SUGRA field content of a Poisson-Lie symmetric background.
