Personal presentation

I was born in Italy, in 1993. I took my Bachelor's (2015) and Master's (2018) Degrees in Physics at the University of Pisa, both with 110/110 cum laude. During my training as theoretical physicist I developed an interest in gravitation, and, in particular, in the attempts to formulate a quantum theory of gravity. In November 2018 I started my PhD as a cotutelle student from both the University of Pisa and the LMU Munich (supervisors: Daniele Oriti, ASC; and Giancarlo Cella, INFN).
I am interested in the "Quantum Gravity problem" in all its facets, including more conceptual aspects, like the role of time and the emergence of spacetime structures in Quantum Gravity theories, but also phenomenological ones, as the study of Quantum Gravity effects in cosmology and black hole physics, and their possible experimental investigation using innovative detection techniques.
