QNNECT

FWF SFB Project F98
Quantum Networks and Entanglement in Correlated Topological Matter
We are a member of QNNECT, an Austrian Special Research Programme (SFB) focused on highly connected quantum systems of neutral particles, including quantum networks and entanglement in correlated topological matter.

MLCQS

DFG Research Unit FOR 5919
Machine Learning for Complex Quantum States
The research unit develops and employs machine learning tools to investigate composite quantum systems, with focus on artificial quantum systems. We develop machine-learning-enhanced techniques for simulation, data analysis, and control to enable new insights into complex quantum states and dynamics.
Funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) and the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).

QuaQuaMA

ERC Starting Grant
Quantitative Quantum Matter Analysis
QuaQuaMA revisits basic assumptions about which models describe unconventional superconductors by combining modern numerical methods from solid-state physics with machine learning. Neural networks are used to capture complex patterns in quantum states, with the goal of automatically recognizing what matters in the quantum system.
