Linear response conductance in matsubara formalism at finite temerature II

Abstract:
We calculate the conductance through an extended 1D Hubbard
model with N interacting sites at finite temperature using the
functional Renormalization Group in Matsubara formalism. To this end
we perform an analytical continuation (pade-approximation) of the Self
Energy and Greens function, known at a discrete set of points on the
imaginary axis (Matsubara Frequencies), to the real axis. We show
results for both the SIAM (N=1) and the Chain (N>1).
