Cold and Ultracold Molecules Workshop
04.11.2013 - 06.11.2013
This workshop will feature the latest developments in cold and ultracold molecular physics. The field of cold molecular gases is at the crossroads of various scientific areas, including, among others, atomic and molecular physics, ultracold chemistry and few- and many-body quantum physics. In this strongly interdisciplinary field, enormous breakthroughs in the control and manipulation of cold and ultracold molecules have been achieved in the last years. These systems provide new and interesting phenomena and applications, especially in ultracold quantum chemistry, high-precision spectroscopy, quantum information, quantum dipolar gases, or testing fundamental constants. The aim is to bring together experimentalists and theorists to review the current progress and explore future directions and challenges in this field.
