Extreme energy cosmic rays: Where do they all come from?

Abstract:
I discuss paradoxical situation in extreme energy cosmic rays (E > 100 EeV or so) detected by large volume experiments, Pierre Auger Observatory and Telescope Array. If the present pattern will be confirmed by future data, this would unambiguously indicate towards new physics and reveal the identity of dark matter.
