8th Capri Spring School on Transport in nanostructures

Superconducting Hybrid Nanostructures

15.04.2012  -  22.04.2012

This one week spring school will provide several three to four hour lectures by leading experts supplemented by a few shorter seminars. The year 2012 school will address superconducting hybrid nanostructures with a particular focus on the search for Majorana Fermions. The speakers will give graduate level presentations introducing to state-of-the-art methods and techniques featuring the key issues of the field of superconducting hybrid nanostructures. While the school is primarily aimed at instructing PhD students and young postdoctoral researchers, more senior scientists who want to acquaint themselves with the subject of the school are also welcome.

The number of participants will be limited to 35 students. To participate, please fill out the application form on this webpage before December 15, 2011.
