Dear colleagues,

  It is time to plan our next RTN meeting. As discussed
  in Muenich in November 2003, it will be held in Budapest
  on 4-7 October 2004, and organized by Orsolya Ujsaghy,
  Gergely Zarand and Laszlo Borda.
  It will also be our "midterm review meeting",
  meaning firstly that people from Brussels will attend,
  and secondly, that, according to RTN rules,
  ALL group leaders and ALL RTN young researchers should
  attend. (If you absolutely cannot come, so be it,
  but for the review it is really important to have
  as many key people there as possible.)

  So, please mark these dates in your calender.
