I will keep you informed about the next step once I receive the contracts. The starting date for the contracts has been backdated to June 1, 2002 (and the contract expires four years later, on May 31, 2006). This means that you can use RTN money to cover any RTN-related expenses incurred on or after June 1, 2002, including hiring people.
